What does HOME mean to you?
The theme this year for the Vancouver Taiwanese Film Fest is "Homeward Bound,"
a heartfelt tribute to one's heritage and an exploration of the profound concept of belonging.
Through the lens of talented Taiwanese filmmakers, we will witness the joy, struggles, and complex emotions experienced by those who have ventured far and wide, only to find solace, inspiration, or reconciliation in returning to their roots.

2022 Film Festival
We are inspired by the concept of the color charts and came up with this year’s theme: “The Palette of Life”. Through 14 films and panels, we present to our audience heartfelt stories of unique people that walk the earth, and celebrate the oxymoron of human-being: We are ordinary because we are all extraordinary in our own ways.
